Personal Insights

Outside of work Andrew is a husband and a farther to two beautiful daughters. He spends a lot of his time with his family, and particularly enjoys watching films, building Lego and playing with them. He has always had a passion for film, and loves being able to share what he watched as a child with his children now. All of this continues to inspire him within his day to day work. Lego has always been a keen interest for Andrew, since a young age he has always had Lego sets, and enjoyed the more technical builds. As a child these interactions with the gears and blocks of Lego have help Andrew later in his career to take an interest in how objects are made, and remain fascinated but how objects work. This interest has come in very handy when working on a project that involved building a car model, a complex machine. Andrew feels that play is not something to be forgotten as we get older, and feels that it is important to be having fun whilst creating and animating. Without this element it is impossible to create something fun and entertaining.
