Expertise & Contributions

On top of the standards; Illustrator, Indesign and After Effects; Gilbert has swapped from using Blender (which is great for independent creatives, students and has slowly started creeping into the professional space too) to Cinema 4D, which he is enjoying learning.

Gilbert has experience working on long client projects, managing clients expectations and delivering a range of deliverables in a timely manner. Collaborating with the Creative Director suggesting fixes and solutions to problems, using his product knowledge to address any technical issues; he has found it really exciting and rewarding to have a bigger role in the creative process

Gilbert finds it really valuable to be able to continue studying and challenge himself. For example recent briefs have allowed him to learn Figma and Unreal Engine. Unreal Engine is a tool increasing more motion designers and creatives are making use of, made popular by its use in The Mandalorian and other Disney products.
